Our city is a famous agricultural city in Shandong Province, with many famous agricultural and sideline products such as apples and cherries in the country.In order to standardize the agricultural production process, strengthen the management of agricultural product production records, promote standardized agricultural production, establish and improve the traceability system of agricultural products, and ensure agricultural production and the quality and safety of agricultural products, our city has fully implemented the "Measures for the Management of Agricultural Product Production Records" since April 1.The Measures stipulate that agricultural product production enterprises and farmers' professional cooperative economic organizations, pollution-free agricultural products, green food, organic agricultural products, geographical indications of agricultural products, and raw material production bases and agricultural standardized production demonstration bases for famous brand agricultural products certified by Yantai City or above shall gradually establish strict and standardized production records.
Specifically, agricultural product production records mainly include the following content: the name, source, usage, dosage and date of use and discontinuation of agricultural inputs used; the occurrence and prevention of plant diseases, pests and diseases; harvest date; inspection and testing status, etc.The recorded content should be able to reflect the entire production process and form a complete quality traceability chain.The main body of agricultural product production shall truthfully record the production process, and shall not omit, make up or falsify production records.The Measures further clarify the supervisory responsibilities of the competent agricultural administrative departments of counties and urban areas, and require these departments to supervise and inspect agricultural product production records in accordance with the law, and to conduct a comprehensive inspection at least once every six months.For those who fail to establish or keep agricultural product production records in accordance with regulations, or who falsify agricultural product production records, the competent agricultural administrative department at or above the county level shall deal with and punish them in accordance with regulations.
The "Measures for the Management of Agricultural Product Production Records in Yantai City" also formulated a model production record file in a unified format throughout the city, including a registration form for the procurement of agricultural Means of production, a registration form for the application of agricultural inputs, a record form for field agricultural operations, and a record form for the collection and sale of agricultural products. The competent agricultural administrative departments of each county and urban area, according to the actual local situation and work needs, print the actual use of agricultural product production records and distribute them free of charge.
